I also created a blog for our library so that staff had a place to communicate, socialise and learn the skills of blogging in a less formalised setting.
What is a wiki - a collaborative online tool for fast and easy creation of websites without the need for specialised web design skills. Blogs are more like an online log of an activity/topic. They too can be interactive allowing collaborations and comments but only if permissions are set to allow it. Both blogs and wikis would be useful in our library
